Alrightly folks, it's come to my attention that the Month/Term conversion chart that I did ages ago... apparently never made it on this site or got lost in cyberspace somehow sooo.... I'll try to redo it here. It'll take me a couple posts to be all logical about it so give me a bit before making replies or asking questions.

Title (season/week/day) if it happens at a certain time then include that (i.e. morning or dinner time).
Spring = Sp
2 week between terms break = Pre-Su
Summer 1st half = Su1
Mid-Summer Break = MSu
Summer 2nd half = Su2
2 week between terms break = Pre-Fa
Fall = Fa
2 week between terms break = Pre-Wi
Winter 1st half = Wi1
Mid-Winter Break = MWi
Winter 2nd half = Wi2
2 week between terms break = Pre-Sp
This is the general format for dating classes during a term of played out classes OR for non-class threads during a played out class term. For threads during a term where we are not playing out classes you may pick and choose any date within that term for your threads.
The equivalent Months will follow in the next post.

To keep thing simple every Month has 4 weeks of 7 days, no odd days or leap year or anything like that. Just 12 months of 28 days each. I don't know if this is the format used officially by Misty, but it will be our format.
Spring (9 weeks) = Month 3 (all 4 weeks) Month 4 (all 4 weeks) Month 5 (first week)
Pre-Summer Break = Month 5 (middle 2 weeks)
Summer One (5 weeks) = Month 5 (last week) Month 6 (all 4 weeks)
Mid-Summer Break (2 weeks) = Month 7 (first 2 weeks)
Summer Two (4 weeks) = Month 7 (last 2 weeks) Month 8 (first 2 weeks)
Pre-Fall Break = Month 8 (last 2 weeks)
Fall (9 weeks) = Month 9 (all 4 weeks) Month 10 (all 4 weeks) Month 11 (first week)
Pre-Winter Break = Month 11 (middle 2 weeks)
Winter One (5 weeks) = Month 11 (last week) Month 12 (all 4 weeks)
Mid-Winter Break = Month 1 (first 2 weeks)
Winter Two (4 weeks) = Month 1 (last 2 weeks) Month 2 (first 2 weeks)
Pre-Spring Break = Month 2 (last 2 weeks)
Spring again!
Fixed now! More to come in next post.

Ok so what does all that mean if you want to date a thread very specifically, like a Birthing day thread.
It means you take what day your charries Birthing day is, figure out which week is should fall in and then post with the appropriate time stamp and in the BODY of the post add an additional title of the exact date.
Example- Birthing day is 03/03 This is a Spring Birthing day and can be posted when we are playing in the Spring term, regardless of whether classes are being played out or not.
Title might be - Suprise it's your Birthing Day! (Sp/W1/D3)
In the body would be-
Month 3 Day 3 - Windwalker's Birthing day
Windwalker wasn't expecting a Birthing day party, after all he was no child... etc etc etc.
If it were a b-day of 05/04.... This is still Spring term so it would be (Sp/w9/d4) But one of 05/10 changes the title entirely by now being (Pre-Su/w1/d3)
ANY Birthing day falling within a Break between terms may choose to play in whichever term they prefer, before or after. I would recommend going with the term that is not going to have played out classes, if that is possible.
For example Firedancer is 02/21, that falls in the Pre-Sp break. I could play it out in either term, but since I know Winter this time around is a non-played class term and Spring will be a played class term, it makes more sense to play it out in the Winter term.

And hopefully that will make things all clear and easier to convert.
Unfortuantely this means anyone who choose a Birthday of any date after 28 needs to adjust thier birthing dates. I'm very sorry to have only just got this all figured out, I thought I'd gotten it all straight before but apparently not.
Any questions about the dates conversion or changes to your charries b-days please ask/post them here.
